Before you write
Your question may already have a quick answer waiting in our guides and support pages.
- For how a game works, the Help page and each game's How to play answer most questions.
- For your account or your data, write from the email you sign in with, so we can find your account.
- For a complaint, choose A complaint (grievance). We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and settle it within 15 days.
- For an ad you saw, say where it was and what it showed, so we can find it and stop it.
- We never ask for your sign-in code, a password or a payment by email. Don't send one to anyone.
