Can't sign in
Check spam for the sign-in code; codes expire quickly. In the app, you can also sign in with Apple or Google.
Lost progress
Sign in on the device where you played as a guest to link your streak and level to your account.
Restore Ad-free
Sign in to the account you bought it with. Bought from Apple or Google Play without signing in? In the app, open Settings and tap Restore purchases, where it shows, or contact us.
A purchase is missing
Sign in to the account you bought it with, or in the app try Restore purchases in Settings, where it shows. Still missing? Contact us with the date and the amount.
Delete your account
In the app: Settings, Delete account. On the web: go to /account/delete.
