Cricket connections: find the four groups

Cricket Connections is a free daily puzzle: sort sixteen cricketers into four secret groups of four. Each group shares something, such as a career feat in one format. A new puzzle comes at midnight India time, the same for everyone.

How to play

  1. Read the sixteen names and look for four that share something.
  2. Pick four and submit them.
  3. A right group locks in and shows what links it.
  4. A wrong group is a mistake, and you can make four.
  5. If three of your four belong together, you are told you are one away.

Scoring

Each group you find scores 25, and each mistake you have left at the end adds 5, up to 100. The groups run from easiest to trickiest.

Tips

Shuffle the tiles to see them fresh, and look for what four names share before you lock a group in. The sixteen can be split into four groups only one way, so every puzzle has one answer.
