Odd one out: a cricket quiz

Odd One Out is a free cricket quiz. Three of four well-known cricketers share something the fourth doesn't. Spot the odd one, then say why. Puzzles are numbered and kept in an archive, so you can play one, then the next, whenever you like.

How to play

  1. Look at the four players.
  2. Pick the one who doesn't belong; you get one try.
  3. Choose the reason from four on offer, again in one try.
  4. See the answer and what the other three share.

Scoring

The right player scores 60 and the right reason 40. Get both and the puzzle is solved.

What they can share

Facts the records hold: their role, the country they played for, the decade of their debut, or 100 matches in Tests, ODIs or T20 internationals. Only one of the four reasons splits the players three to one.
